Installation

Installation of the Light Keeper™
taillight protection system is easy. The main thing is to double check
the size of the screws needed and compare them to the security screws
provided with the kit. See the model list
for security screw sizes. Once size is confirmed, follow these simple
steps:
- Remove the factory taillight screws.
- Use a 1/4" socket or nut driver to hold the provided
Light Keeper™ installation/removal tool. Carefully thread and tighten
the security screws from the kit into place. Be careful not to overtighten
the screws as cracking of your light assembly may occur.
- Store the installation/removal tool in a safe place.
It will be needed if you ever need to change the bulbs in your taillights.
